How realistic is 4% growth for the US economy?

What is also not appreciated is that the growth in the labor force, which already declined a lot as baby boomers have started retiring and the influx of women to the labor force isn't increasing anymore, is dependent on immigration for over half of the growth see the graph on labor force growth below. :
